Dear Regina Spektor:

       My name is Christina Winkelmann and alongside my boyfriend, Morgan Swift, we have finished our first creative undertaking as a team.   Having graduated with film degrees from the University of California, Irvine, both Morgan and I felt that we had the necessary tools to create a film.  We have been your fans for nearly four years and continue to be captured by your melodious voice and quirky personalized lyrics.  Insomuch so, we conspired and created a music video to your song “Düsseldorf.”  

      Following in the footsteps of your breathtaking videos such as “Us” and “Fidelity,” we decided that magical realism was the best tool with which to breathe life into your enchanting lyrics.  With my passion for production design, and Morgan’s history of imaginative editing, we sculpted “Düsseldorf” into what we think is a fine representation of your artistic style and lyrics.  From one artist to another, we deeply hope you enjoy our work of art and continue to make inspiring music.
